Our team has successfully delivered a complex energy storage solution for a rural manufacturing plant — marking a major step forward in improving the site’s overall energy efficiency.
The newly installed system offers a charging and discharging capacity of 200 kW, with an energy storage capacity of 372 kWh. This allows for more effective utilization of the facility’s 400 kW solar power system, ensuring that locally generated renewable energy is stored and used as efficiently as possible.
A key feature of the project is the custom-designed Energy Management System (EMS), which continuously monitors solar energy production in real time.
The EMS dynamically adjusts the battery’s charging and discharging cycles to balance energy generation with consumption, maximizing the use of available resources.
Beyond optimizing energy use, the storage system also acts as a backup power source. In the event of a power outage, it can supply critical equipment in the factory for up to one hour, significantly enhancing operational reliability and energy resilience.
This project is a strong example of how modern energy storage and management technologies can support more sustainable, reliable industrial operations powered by renewable energy.
